Our Most Comprehensive Support for Districtwide Transformation
The Teams Membership is bravEd’s all-inclusive institutional offering, designed for districts ready to fully implement a Benefits-Based Accountability system. It includes everything in the Base and Pro Memberships—plus dedicated coaching for every principal and participation in a Cohort, which functions like a graduate-level experience in accountability leadership.

Timeline & Structure
- Year 1: Focus on foundational learning and Benefits-Curation with district leadership
- Year 2: School-level systems emerge and are deployed
- Throughout: Full support from the bravEd team to help embed the work across the district
For larger districts (30+ campuses), we offer phased rollouts or pilot cohorts to ensure successful implementation.
Sustainability Built In
Upon completion of the two-year Teams experience, districts are invited to join the Community of Practice, which provides ongoing support at a significantly discounted rate to maintain momentum and build long-term capacity.
