The Base Membership is designed for educational leaders who want to explore and implement Benefits-Based Accountability on their own terms. You’ll get full access to the bravEd Virtual Center and the interactive Handbook. Together, they walk you through both the learning and doing phases of the work.

Who is Base For?

• DIY Leaders ready to guide their teams through the process independently
• Small districts looking for an efficient, cost-effective way to shift their accountability practices
• Leaders supported by a local bravEd Coach or Ambassador
• Explorers—those wanting to deepen their understanding before taking next steps

Membership Details

• One-year access, fully renewable
• If you upgrade to a Pro or Teams Membership, your current year’s fee is fully credited
• After two years at the Base level, you’ll be invited to join the Community of Practice
• Want to bring colleagues with you? Additional Base memberships are available at half price when using the same work email domain
