Sustaining a Benefits-Based Accountability System requires ongoing practice

The Community of Practice supports schools and districts that have completed Teams or Pro and are committed to keeping the work alive, relevant, and evolving over time.

Participation follows completion of Teams or sustained work in Pro.

The Community of Practice is not about launching new initiatives — it exists to protect the integrity of the work as leadership, context, and conditions change.
