The Pro Membership is an institutional-level membership designed for districts ready to integrate Benefits-Based Accountability into their existing professional learning efforts. It includes all district and school leaders, providing a strong foundation of support across every level of the system.

This membership is ideal for districts with a solid professional development infrastructure. It empowers central office leadership to drive the work forward, ensuring alignment, clarity, and momentum.

Sustained Support Beyond Year Two

After two years of active Pro Membership, districts are invited to transition into the Community of Practice—a long-term support model that continues the work at a significantly reduced rate (coaching not included). It’s our way of supporting your sustained growth while maintaining strong connections to the broader movement.
