The Teams Membership...

...is our premiere membership that includes everything bravEd has to offer. That includes all the resources necessary to build out a Benefits-Based Accountability System for each campus and within the Central Office.

Teams includes coaching for each campus throughout the process, support for the central office team, and participation in a monthly Cohort. The Cohort is our premiere learning experience that walks the district teams through the process of building a Benefits-Based Accountability System.

The Teams Membership is a district level engagement. The annual fee requires a base of $6,500 plus $3,200 per campus. Discounts are available for large districts.

1. All school and district leaders will be participants in a virtual Cohort that meets virtually once a month during the school year. Each principal may invite 3-4 of their trusted leaders to participate.
2. The superintendent or a designee will have access to coaching and support on an as needed basis to support their leadership of the work.
3. Each principal will have access to coaches to support their work.
4. All district and school leaders will be provided access to the Benefits-Based Accountability Handbook as well as each of the learning tools bravEd offers.
5. New leaders will be invited to attend one or more of the various seminars bravEd regularly offers to aid in the induction process.
6. When requested, access will be provided to anyone with a district email address to the Accountability Mindset as part of a professional learning experience.
7. The entire experience is managed and supported through an interactive learning portal.
