Once a month, teams come together for a facilitated session focused on Benefits-Based Accountability. These sessions anchor the work and create shared direction.

The work happens in short, focused, weekly sessions
Once a week, each school and central office team meets for 30 minutes to focus on your system.
3. Get support when needed
Support is timely and grounded in your work
Each principal and the central office team will have access to coaching that can support their efforts.

We start the Teams process whenever you and your teams are ready.
Teams Memberships are licensed based on the number of participating campuses. Timing and pacing are flexible — we align the work to your context, not the other way around.
