Stay connected. Stay grounded. Stay aligned in the work.

The bravEd Exchanges are included with every bravEd membership. They exist to keep people connected to one another and anchored in the work as it unfolds—across roles, locations, and stages of implementation.

The Exchanges are made up of two connected spaces:
☑️ The Online Exchange, our private member community
☑️ The Friday Exchange, a monthly virtual gathering open to all bravEd members

Together, they create continuity between learning, practice, and the real decisions leaders are making every day.

The Online Exchange

A private community space for ongoing connection and learning.

Every bravEd member has automatic access to the Online Exchange. It is a secure, members-only space designed to support reflection, peer connection, and shared problem-solving as the work progresses.

Inside the Online Exchange, members can:

✔ Surface questions and challenges from their local context.
✔ Share examples, insights, and emerging practices.
✔ Access posted resources, recordings, and updates.
✔ Stay connected to the broader bravEd community between sessions.

The Online Exchange is not a social feed for its own sake. It is a working space — designed to support clarity, shared language, and forward movement.

Access is available directly from each member’s desktop.

The Friday Exchange

A monthly virtual gathering for shared learning and perspective.

The Friday Exchange is a live, virtual session hosted by bravEd on the second Friday of each month, from October through June. Every bravEd member is invited.

These sessions are designed to:

✔ Explore timely topics related to accountability, trust, and leadership.
✔ Surface shared questions and tensions in the work.
✔ Learn alongside peers and invited guests.
✔ Reconnect to the larger purpose behind the work.

Sessions are recorded and posted in the Online Exchange for members who cannot attend live.

Why the Exchanges matter

The work of building better accountability is demanding and often isolating. The Exchanges exist to ensure that no one is doing this work alone — and that learning does not stop when a session ends.
